A 49-year-old male with recurrent palpitations, presyncope and a history of remote myocarditis was referred to our center for evaluation. Previous exercise test (Fig. 1A) and Holter recordings (Fig. 1B) reported repetitive wide QRS ectopy and non-sustained, but prolonged (up to 20 sec), ventricular tachycardia.
